Club coaches, parents, and athletes can join Texas track and field coaches assn. and attend their convention on Thurs-Friday, as well as the Hall of fame banquet on friday night! TTFCA is our state organization for track and field in texas!
All elite runways will be surveyed and certified as legal runways for the meet.

Entry deadlines/Spectator-Coach admission
Early Entry Deadline: DECEMBER 5, 2025--Cost $80.00
Late Entry Deadline: January 8, 2026--Cost $100.00
Entries may still be accepted after the late entry deadline, as long as the meet has space left. If the entry page is open after the deadline, that means we are still allowing them.
All entries are final. No refunds.
Spectators will pay a $10(Adult) and $5(Student) entry at the door to get into the vault theater.
Coaches can pick up wrist bands at the athlete check in area.
Athletes entry is paid with entry fee.
